Quotations
Prices shown in the catalogue are indicative. A binding price applies only once a written quotation has been issued by an authorised member of our team, and only within its validity period.
Orders
An order is created when an accepted quotation is converted by our team. Order line items and agreed prices carry over from the accepted quotation.
Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates communicated per order. Tracking information is recorded against the order where available.
Payment and VAT
We work quote-first and invoice-later. Invoices state the VAT breakdown and payment terms. VAT treatment must be confirmed with a qualified Dutch accounting professional.
